Sizing & Fit
How do I know which size to choose?
We recommend measuring your dog’s chest girth (the widest part of the rib cage) and neck circumference. Check our Size Chart located on the product page. If your dog is between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for maximum comfort.
Is the harness adjustable?
Yes! Our Elite Harness features 4 heavy-duty adjustment points (two on the neck and two on the chest) to ensure a snug, secure fit for any breed shape.
Personalization
How many characters can I put on the patch?
To ensure the text is clear and readable, we recommend a maximum of 12 characters. We can print names, nicknames, or even phone numbers!
Safety & Durability
Is this harness really "No-Pull"?
Yes. Unlike traditional collars that put pressure on the throat, our harness distributes force across the chest. The front-leading design naturally redirects your dog's momentum to the side when they pull, teaching them to walk beside you.
Is it safe for night walks?
Safety is our priority. The harness is woven with 3M Reflective Stitching on all straps, making your dog highly visible to car headlights from over 100 feet away.
How do I clean the harness?
For the best longevity, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and air drying. For machine washing, use a delicate cycle and place the harness inside a mesh laundry bag. Remove the personalized patches before washing.

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days within the USA. Because each name patch is custom-printed, please allow 1-3 days for our team to prepare your order.
